
The House Ways and Means Committee and Senate Finance Committee opened the public comment period for all legislation introduced as part of the Miscellaneous Tariff Bill (MTB) process, according to separate committee announcements on May 24 and May 25. MTB provisions allow U.S. manufacturers to be globally competitive by reducing the cost of production in the U.S.
