ICYMI: The Denver Post Features Letter-to-the-Editor from PLASTICS’ SVP of Sustainability

Washington, D.C.— The Denver Post has published a letter to the editor written by Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS) Senior Vice President of Sustainability, Patrick Krieger, in response to an opinion piece falsely claiming plastic recycling is ‘a lie.’

The Denver Post

“Misleading claims about plastic recycling undermine efforts to improve recycling rates in the U.S. Each year, Americans recycle over five billion pounds of plastic and the plastics industry has invested over $8 billion into improving recycling infrastructure and advancing new technologies.”
